Hello! Thanks for taking the time to look into my commissions. This is my first time dealing with a Tos so please bear with me as I flesh this out.PAYMENTS
I mainly take Paypal. Work doesnt start until Payment is made.REVISIONS
Revisions are done all in the sketch phase. Once we are out of the Sketch phase you will no longer be able to Revise/edit the commission any longer. I do not charge for Revisions [mainly because it's stupid and a waste of money.]DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Due to my Depression my TAT (Turn around time) can greatly vary between 1-3 days to 1-6 months depending how deeply i am in a rut. It's not intentional and I'll try to get my pieces out asap. For that matter I will say please extend me 6 months Max. I do appreciate people checking in on their commissions and poking me! It helps me get my work done. COMMUNITCATION IS VITIAL!!USE
All my works are Personal Use Only. I own all rights to my artwork. I do not offer Commercial rights at all. All works are for Personal use. Please reach out to me if you wish to Purchase Commercial Rights to your art piece.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I (Isabae) retains the right to use commissioned works in self promotion.REFUNDS
If Art has not been started and you wish to be refunded, it will be in full.If Art has been started and You wish to be Refunded, You will get Partial Minus the work.COMMUNICATION
